To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes is required at the time of booking.
If your plans change:

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $25.00 + HST ($28.25) administration fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us before the 7-day cancellation period.

Not all of our guestrooms are located directly on the waterfront. Our resort offers a variety of accommodations throughout the property, each with its own unique setting.
If you're looking to stay closest to the beach, our Beach Houses and Lakeview Lodge rooms are situated right along the waterfront.
It's about a 5 minute leisurely walk from the roadside to our beautiful beac. A pleasant stroll through the resort grounds before you reach the shoreline.
We're located just 5 km from Sandbanks Provincial Park, making it a quick drive to one of Ontario's most beautiful beaches.
There are no shuttle services available in the area.
Yes. Sandbanks Provincial Park requires a valid day-use vehicle permit for entry.
We highly recommend reserving your permit in advance, particularly during the summer season, as parking often reaches capacity. Reservations can usually be made up to 7 days before your visit through the Ontario Parks reservation system.
Yes! We have a small market conveniently located across from the Front Desk, offering a selection of snacks, beverages, and a few travel essentials and most importantly, great Isaiah Tubbs Resort souvenirs.
We know that dogs are part of the family, and we're happy to welcome your furry companion to Isaiah Tubbs Resort!
We offer a limited number of dog-friendly accommodations, so if you'd like to bring your dog along, we ask that you make arrangements in advance. After booking your stay, please call the resort directly to add your dog to your reservation and confirm availability in one of our pet-friendly rooms.
A pet fee applies, and our team will be happy to share our pet policy and answer any questions before your arrival.
Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available for all registered resort guests.
