Q:
What is your cancellation policy?
A: We have a 2 week cancellation policy. We will
accept your cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Until this time, you may cancel with only a $40
fee. If cancellation occurs after the 2 week prior date, your deposit
will be forfeited.
In July & August all
reservations are non-refundable after June 30th. A deposit of 50% of
your entire stay will be requested upon reservation. The final deposit
of 50% will be required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Q:
What is
required for a deposit?
A: On resort rooms, a deposit equal to 1 night is
required at the time of reservation. On cottages, a deposit of 1/2 the
weekly rate is taken for deposit.
Q:
Do you allow pets at the resort?
A: We do not allow pets at the resort.
Q:
Are your rooms smoking or non-smoking?
A: All rooms are non-smoking, however some suites
contain screened porches, which may be used for smoking.
Q:
If we leave a
day early or arrive a day late, are we required to pay for them?
A: Guests are required to pay for period of stay
originally reserved. If you decide to leave early, you are responsible
to pay for full period reserved.
Q:
Do all your
rooms have a lake-view?
A: There are rooms with a lake-view, but not all
rooms have this feature. Please specify this request when reserving.
Q:
Do you have
on-site babysitting?
A: We do not, however we can give you some
suggestions if you require babysitting services.
Q:
Do the rates
include meals? Do the rates include breakfast?
A: Our rates do not include meals unless you are reserving on a package or meal plan.
Q:
What are the
charges for extra people?
A: All quoted rates are based on 2 people in the
room. Additional adults are $20 per night, children (4-13)are $10 per
night. 3 years and under are free.
Q:
Do you have a
discount for CAA?
A: We are currently not members of CAA.
Q:
Can we get the
"wedding" discount and the
"tubbs clubb" discount?
A: The discount for wedding guests and tubbs clubb
are the same, 20%. You may not apply both.
Q:
Do I get a
tubbs clubb discount on a cottage?
A: Cottages are not discounted with the
tubbs clubb membership. You can still use
the tubbs clubb card at The Restaurant during your stay.
Q:
Do you have
free parking?
A: All parking at the resort is free.
Q:
Is there
somewhere for me to launch/dock my boat?
A: We do not have docking, but we do have boat
launches at the resort.
Q:
If I take the
meal plan, what does it include? If I don't use one
of my meal tickets, can I get a refund?
A: The M.A.P. (Modified American Plan) includes
dinner and breakfast. If you decide not to use a meal ticket, you will
not be refunded for it.
