When reserving a cottage, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
2 weeks prior to arrival, the 2nd deposit of 50% will be processed on the credit card on-file.
A 30 Day cancellation policy applies in July & August. If cancellation is recieved with more then 30 days notice your deposit can be refunded with a $40 (+ HST) cancellation fee. If less then 30 days notice is given, you will not recieve a refund on any paid deposits.

Our resort does not allow pets on-site.
